Grade your college on feeding students with your food restrictions
D
Explain your rationale for that grade
If you go to the “allergy” section they have food for either gluten free or vegan but not both. If you have multiple allergies you have to call ahead and they will prepare a meal for you. I’ve done this multiple times before but I have to wait 30 minutes after arriving to the dining hall after giving them 20-45 minutes in advance notice that I was coming.
What stage are you in college?

How many years ago were you diagnosed with food allergies or celiac disease?
